Essex Resilience Forum (ERF)

The 3rd ERF Seminar was held on Friday 10th July 2009 at the Towngate Theatre, Basildon. This year’s varied programme will included the following speakers:

  • Dr Dave Sloggett,  Terrorism and Radicalisation
  • Richard Matthews, Corporate Manslaughter. 
  • David Walker, Swine flu
